Policies

PROCESSING TIMES

Times for processing payments can take up to 5 business days. This does not include preorders. Once an order is processed it can take up to 10 days for an order to be ready for shipping. This may include confirmation from customer that a custom order is correct before being made. Once shipped, delivery can tak 5-7 business days (not including weekend or holidays). Items are ot shipped on weekends.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Epress/overnight shipping is not available. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipped items if the address info provided is incorrectly entered at time of purchase. Please make sure your address is correctly entered and includes all information and abbreviations (apartment #, street, road, way, suite #, etc.) We can ship to PO boxes.

We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages. Uponb request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, tracking info, and date of delivery.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns unless an item is delivered to you broken, or damaged. Returns must be within 5 days of receiving the item. The purchaser will then be responsible for shipping costs to return item. It must be returned sealed and in the original packaging. Clothing items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in sealed original packaging, and in a sellable condition. Once your return is looked over and approved, the seller will be responsible for shipping costs to ship the new item to the purchaser. 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final. Thery can not be refunded or returned.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Customizable items are a final sale and can not be returned or refunded. Make sure all your info is correct before submitting your order.
